Sheraton Melbourne recently engaged DKO to integrate an informal meeting and casual dining zone at their main reception and entry to the Little Collins Street Kitchen. The threshold was opened up to the main reception lobby – further enhancing visual connections through – with a new lounge area introduced to complement the existing restaurant. Plush Arne Jacobsen Mayor sofas were combined with stylish Stellar Works Lunar dining chairs to furnish the new lounge, alongside lustrous Inox tables and custom bronze mirrored tops providing metallic gleam and reflections of the existing Hecker Guthrie-designed space. A verdant RC&D Paris rug defines the new section, adding a rich warmth.
