The clubhouse is an evolution of our previous Lifestyle Communities projects, where the original boomerang shape was adapted with the intent on connecting all parts of a one-sided building. This resulted in the creation of the heart of the building in the form of a sheltered courtyard space.⁠

The entry to the clubhouse provides a sensory experience for the residents through the visual connection to the landscape upon entry, the feeling of warmth from the timber and the fresh and relaxing smell of a retreat.⁠ Leading residents and visitors through to a centrally located courtyard, the circular building’s form ensures the garden outlook is never far from view.⁠

The kitchen is a celebration of community gathering and cooking enthusiasm. At its heart lies the large island bench inviting everyone to join and be present together. The floor-to-ceiling glazing and doors provide a connection to the external kitchen garden, bringing farm to table meals. ⁠

The pool area provides a space for residents to relax and rejuvenate. Natural textures and a neutral palette work in harmony with the exterior landscape for a calming experience welcoming both peace and sociability.⁠
