ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a candidate experienced in documenting and delivering residential projects.  You will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for design,  knowledge of construction detailing and professional client management skills. Ideally, you will have 4+ years experience in practice.

The specific roles and activities are (but not limited to) the following:

  • CAD operator / modeller
  • Demonstrated experience documenting large residential projects
  • Experience in managing documentation, meeting deadlines and reporting progress
  • Excellent technical knowledge of architectural project delivery
  • Excellent knowledge of building materials and construction methods
  • Knowledge of structural, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical engineering as related to buildings
  • Applied knowledge of applicable codes, laws, rules and standards regulating the design and construction of buildings
  • Production of architectural drawings for documentation stage
