THE ROLE
The role will be based in our Perth studio and will assist the senior leadership team to deliver projects with high quality design outcomes for our clients. This position requires a strong all-rounder, with high level conceptual design skills supported by experience with high-end hospitality and hotel projects.
DUTIES INCLUDE
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Carrying out Interior sketch design work
- Working across all phases of development including Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration
- Integration of Interior and Architectural delivery
- Management of and production of Interior documentation and scheduling
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Mentoring and management of junior team members
- Working with clients to exceed their expectations
- Liaison with and management of consultants, suppliers and authorities as required for projects
- Support the development of concept designs through to practical completion
- Prepare space planning, test fitting and schematic design schemes for commercial interior design projects
- Support and lead client interaction
- Prepare design development presentations and documentation
- Support construction documentation package including drawings, schedules and specifications
- Must be able to be hands on with documentation
- Contribute to the culture and development of the interior design team across the practice
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
- ArchiCAD skills preferred
- Demonstrate exceptional skills in concept design and narrative development
- Stakeholder engagement and ability to lead client meetings
- Experience with high-end design work, ideally within Hotels or Hospitality
- Ability to support multiple projects
- Technical knowledge

THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Architect to join our growing team in Perth. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a variety of commercial and residential projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This position requires experience within large scale project delivery.
DUTIES INCLUDE
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules
- Collaborate with engineers and other consultants to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process and make necessary adjustments to plans and specifications

THE ROLE
DKO’s Sydney studio is looking for a front of house professional. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing reception, ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, and providing exceptional hospitality to our clients and studio guests. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, manage all incoming calls, and maintain the presentation of our studio.
DUTIES INCLUDE

- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour
