ABOUT THE ROLE

Located in our High Street studio in the centre of Auckland, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to drive a number of projects in the accommodation and multi-residential area. You will be a confident communicator with strong leadership skills and the ability to balance multiple projects. A good design eye combined with knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code is essential, as you will be working alongside our skilled team members and management to deliver documentation for high-quality projects. As a senior member of the office, you will be expected to contribute to the DKO culture and help foster the growth of staff. Suitable candidates will have proven experience demonstrating their capability.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Highly skilled in ArchiCAD.
  • MSOffice
  • Adobe Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of construction details and methods.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • 7 years + experience preferred.
  • Sound organisation, time management and co-ordination.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.
  • Demonstrated NZ experience.

DKO are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to join our Melbourne studio. You will be working directly with the Principal and Directors across all national and international studios. The candidate must have strong graphic sensibilities and skill. They will be responsible for all of DKO’s collateral and communications.

  • Experience across multimedia platforms and/or animation & video production
  • Be self-motivated

  • Ability to work from concept through to final production on print and web applications
