DKO designed a limited range of six terrace typologies across two and three levels, with sleeping quarters positioned to the upper levels capturing expansive views across the sloping site to the Dandenong Ranges and beyond. DKO selected a restrained palette of cost-effective materials to position the development at mid-range buyers while providing clean uncomplicated interior environments for residents to personalise.
