Comprising four contemporary buildings, with heights ranging from 10 to 20 storeys, and a stunning 3-storey ‘Club House’ amenities building, this endeavour aims to redefine urban living.
At its foundation, the project includes 3,418.9m2 of non-residential floor space at ground level, fostering a vibrant mix of commercial and retail activities. The heart of our vision, however, is 736 build-to-rent dwellings. To enhance the residents’ quality of life, DKO has incorporated 5,181m2 of communal residential amenity facilities throughout the buildings.
Recognizing the importance of open spaces in urban settings, the design includes a new 4,126m2 public park at the project’s centre, creating a hub for community engagement. Our commitment to pedestrian-friendly design is evident in the through-site links that promote easy movement within the development.
Furthermore, this project will encompass meticulous landscaping and public domain enhancements, all while ensuring the augmentation and connection to existing utilities to meet the highest standards of sustainability and efficiency.
