Positioned between the bustling Box Hill Central, to the leafy neighbourhood Box Hill Gardens, Irving Domain’s form has been shaped to respond to its context.
Curved walls soften the building’s edge and evoke visual interest, whereas fluted concrete expressed on the lower levels add layers, depth and diversity to the form. Slender pilotis balance the expressed concrete slabs, carefully spaced to provide rhythm as well as frame the park and distant views of the city or the Dandenong Ranges.
Irving Domain’s fluid form is a welcomed addition to Box Hill’s urban edge, establishing a strong benchmark for future developments in the area.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri and Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Irving Domain stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

The apartments at Irving Domain are meticulously planned to ensure the spaces work to their maximum potential and offer residents a considered and life-enhancing home. Spaces are curated to ensure separation and distinction between public (such as living and dining) and private (such as bedrooms and bathroom). Consideration of daily rituals was of the utmost importance during the design process and are celebrated throughout. For instance, a sense of arrival is enhanced by providing a place to store shoes, keys and bags near the front door.

The palette of finishes is neutral and calm, where less is more. The careful balance of subtlety and indulgence ensure the interior and exterior spaces come together in a seamless and timeless manner.
