Inspired by Central Coast’s rich cultural scene and heritage, Element by Ingenia is a progressive, design-forward community clubhouse that blends modern innovation with a strong sense of connection.
We acknowledge the Worimi people, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Element by Ingenia stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
The sharp, refined triangular forms of the buildings create a memorable entry experience, featuring grand ceilings and slot skylights that dapple patterns of light across the rich purple brick façade, which seamlessly extends into the interior. At the heart of the entrance, a large window frames treescape views.
The space unfolds into a vibrant hub of connection and leisure, offering living, dining, games, private gathering areas, and an intimate cinema—all thoughtfully designed to enhance the community experience.
