Xiaoran Ding has established herself as an integral member of the team by successfully leading the design development of multi-residential projects.

Xiaoran’s extensive experience in boutique residential projects prior to DKO allowed her to develop a passion for acute design details that define a project. Now, she has amassed an extensive portfolio with projects ranging from small to medium size multi-residential developments and bespoke houses, to large-scale urban renewal projects within the Eastern Suburbs and Greater Sydney area.

Designing to specific client briefs, Xiaoran is excellent at managing the submission of Development Applications, producing construction documentation drawings and consultant coordination throughout all phases of work.

Xioran is a proven collaborator and leader. Her respect for architecture and her diversified experience is beneficial for both clients and consultants. She takes pride in her work and in developing good relationships with everyone involved.
