Richard Todd

Richard has brought a wealth of experience to the practice in construction knowledge, enabling our intricate designs to be realised. His strengths include managing the delivery of individual projects throughout the design, documentation and the construction process.

Richard started at DKO in 2015 as Senior Architect specialising in design construction detailing and environmental design. Richard progressed to become a Senior Project Architect, going on to complete many mixed-use apartments, luxury townhouses, hotels and community clubhouses.

A self-proclaimed man-of-mystery Richard’s extensive knowledge and experience in construction, coordination and of the building design process, make him a vital asset to the team.
