We acknowledge the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Waterford Student Accommodation stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
Socialisation is the core principle behind the design of Infinity Place. A central courtyard will forms the heart of the community while ground-floor retail and hospitality spaces will bring energy to the street while supporting the student community above. Generous communal areas foster a sense of neighbourliness, complemented by efficiently designed living quarters with integrated joinery for storage and personalisation.
