Designed to blend into the natural landscape and capture the stunning lake views, Natura by Ingenia offers residents a true resort-style experience.
We acknowledge the Worimi people, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Natura by Ingenia stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
A carefully curated palette of soft, textural materials—including timber and stone—anchors the architecture within its serene surroundings, creating an inviting and sophisticated retreat.
As the vibrant heart of the community, this thoughtfully designed clubhouse features three distinct yet interconnected pavilions, each dedicated to enhancing different aspects of community living.
The Welcome Pavilion offers an inviting arrival experience, complete with a library, salon, amenity facilities, and office space. The Social building is designed for connection, featuring open-plan spaces for community gatherings, private dining, food and drink, a games area with a bar, and an intimate cinema. Meanwhile, the Wellness pavilion provides a sanctuary for health and relaxation, including a craft space, sauna, gym, and multipurpose area overlooking the 12.5-meter lap pool and spa.
Seamlessly linking these pavilions are elegant glass walkways, offering a sense of openness and immersion in the natural surroundings.
Thoughtfully positioned in the heart of the community, the clubhouse fosters connection, well-being, and an elevated lifestyle.
