DKO critiqued and improved an existing masterplan for a new clubhouse community at Blueys Beach, creating more homes with greater connection and outlook to surrounding amenity.
We acknowledge the Worimi people, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Blueys Beach stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
The first key move was the introduction of Green/Blue spine. Water retention basin was turned into a recreational asset for the community and increased the pedestrian linkages tied into clubhouse precinct. Thus increasing walkability in a more nature-filled, pleasant environment.
