An architecturally-striking precinct in the heart of the world’s most liveable suburb, beautiful residences rise above a vibrant retail piazza, where people meet, dine and enjoy some of Melbourne’s best artisanal offerings.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri-willam people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Artisan Precinct stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

The development is located within the larger Yarrabend Alphington Paper Mill site which is one of the largest redevelopment sites in the City of Yarra. Abutting the new Artisan Park, the buildings offers great outlook and an abundance of natural light.

The Precinct is true to its name with an extensive offering of cafes, bars, restaurants, providores, delis and gourmet grocers on the ground floor.
