Amara is a transformative mixed-use development in the prestigious suburb of Mosman, bringing luxurious contemporary living to one of Sydney’s most sought-after locations.

We acknowledge the Borogegal and Cammeraigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Amara stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

Amara will deliver 26 premium apartments comprising one, two, and three-bedroom configurations above revitalised street-level retail spaces. The design philosophy embraces contemporary architecture that respectfully acknowledges Mosman’s eclectic character, materiality, and rich heritage context, ensuring the new development enhances rather than disrupts the established streetscape.

The development’s defining feature is a central courtyard open to the sky, creating a unique community focal point that maximises natural daylight penetration throughout the building while providing thriving green spaces with integrated planters.
