Responding to the surrounding built context in Dalkeith, the Adelma Road development has been intentionally designed as three standalone townhouses that effortlessly slips into the existing streetscape. The façade draws on the local material palette of brick, timber and soft textured finish, and assembles them in a contemporary yet subtle manner that is respectful to the adjoining homes. All the units have their own private, semi-basement garage accessed directly off the street, allowing for a more engaging street presence on the ground level and a welcoming entry sequence.
With a growing downsizer market in the area each unit aims to cater to their needs with an internal lift that connects the parking level in the basement, living and dining level on ground and sleeping quarters on the top floor.

We acknowledge the Nyoongar people of the Whadjuk Nation, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Adelma Road stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
