With a dark and moody palette of materials and tones, inspired by the ambience of a whiskey bar, this office fit-out exudes a masculine sensibility.

We acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the land upon which Centurion stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.

DKO’s design of Centurion Property Group’s new flagship Sydney office, is a study in opulent finishes and impeccable detailing. Nestled in the basement of an existing commercial building, in the exclusive harbourside suburb of Double Bay, is a subterranean studio designed for David Tan, CEO and Founder of Centurion International Holdings.
With a dark and moody palette of materials and tones, inspired by the ambience of a whiskey bar, this office fit-out exudes a masculine sensibility. Elegant timber joinery along with polished concrete floors, are complimented by an abundance of Calacatta marble, brass detailing and tan leather furniture. The result is an atmosphere of intimate and timelessly luxury.
Internal spaces are delineated with custom black framed glazing, which have the effect of elongating the floorplate, while ensuring natural daylight penetrates the office within. The layout incorporates a glamorous car space for the client’s luxury car collection and comes complete with a hidden whiskey bar and exquisitely detailed custom storage cabinets. Stunning furniture and accessories along with iconic lighting pieces bring this stunningly unique man cave to life.
