The new Pullman Perth Airport, with architecture, interior design and landscape architecture by DKO, is poised to transform the airport precinct into a vibrant hub that celebrates Western Australian culture and landscape.
"Our approach to the Pullman Perth Airport is guided by a vision to create a transformative space that exceeds the expectations of global travellers. As we are designing a landmark that will serve as a gateway to Perth, it needs to reflect the city's vibrant spirit and its forward-looking ethos. Our strength lies in delivering a hotel that is contextual to place."
Dennis Chew
Director
Perth Airport is set to welcome its first on-estate hotel development – a sophisticated, design-driven destination where weary travellers, FIFO workers, tourists, and executives can find comfort and connection. The new Pullman Perth Airport, with architecture, interior design and landscape architecture by DKO, is poised to transform the airport precinct into a vibrant hub that celebrates Western Australian culture and landscape.
The hotel’s architectural concept seamlessly blends form and function through a design narrative deeply rooted in Western Australia’s natural beauty. The ground levels feature warm, textured materials that echo the region’s iconic landscapes, while the upper levels showcase a contemporary glass façade with advanced shading systems. This duality creates a striking visual presence that serves as both a gateway to Perth and a testament to modern architectural innovation.
Strategically positioned within Perth Airport’s estate, this eight-story development will offer 240 rooms and suites, providing convenient access to terminal facilities. The hotel’s location makes it an ideal choice for both short-stay visitors and those seeking extended comfort during layovers.
The Pullman Perth Airport will offer world-class facilities including signature rooftop restaurant and bar, lobby lounge café, gymnasium and sauna, versatile meeting facilities and contemporary co-working spaces plus extensive landscaped gardens.
The hotel is scheduled to open in 2027.
