Drawing inspiration from the 1960’s New York hotel and restaurant scene, the restaurant is emphasised by a vaulted ceiling, demanding a destination concept – where hotel guests stay to eat and locals travel to experience. It’s a modern, sophisticated dining space oozing luxury with innovative functionality.
