The Role

As our practice continues to evolve, we are growing our landscape architecture team and are seeking a Mid or Senior Landscape Architect to join us. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys contributing thoughtfully within a team, takes pride in doing work well and is committed to shared outcomes rather than individual spotlight. You will work closely within the landscape architecture team, as well as collaborate with the architecture and interiors teams to deliver integrated design outcomes from concept through to documentation and delivery. The role offers meaningful responsibility, exposure to complex projects and the opportunity to help shape the growing landscape discipline within the studio. This position suits someone who is confident in their field, dependable in delivery and enjoys supporting both project momentum and team culture.

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Landscape Architecture
• Approximately 5–10 years post-graduate experience
• Strong design sensibility with a clear eye for detail and spatial quality
• Confident graphic, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience delivering projects from concept design through design development and documentation
• Demonstrated experience and interest in documentation and detailed design
• Ability to positively manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong understanding of industry standards, approval processes and planning controls
• Awareness of contemporary landscape architecture practice and emerging best-practice approaches
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (essential)
• Experience in Archicad preferred; additional 3D software beneficial

The Role

With a number of exciting projects on the horizon, we are searching for a Senior Interior Designer to create spaces that are aesthetically functional and enhance the quality of the living or working environment. Based in either our Perth or Sydney studios, you will be joining a vibrant team. It’s a hands-on position that involves interpretation of client briefs, reviewing materials and designs and working as part of a team.

• Lead the design direction for a variety of projects
• Develop design concepts, spatial planning, and material selections
• Prepare documentation packages for construction
• Coordinate with internal project managers and external consultants

We’re looking for a Mid-to-Senior level Interior Designer to join our Brisbane team as we embark on several exciting upcoming projects. In this role, you’ll craft spaces that blend visual appeal with practical functionality, elevating the everyday experience of those who live and stay within them. This is a collaborative, hands-on position where you’ll help translate visions into reality, assess materials and design concepts, and contribute as an integral member of our creative team.

• Preparing accurate, consistent design and technical drawings
• Following company standards and codes of practice in Architectural/ Interior design

The Role

Working closely with teams and clients, you will help bring architectural concepts to life. By considering both aesthetics and functionality, you will be responsible for designing and planning buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out sketch design work
• Carrying out work associated with preparing Architectural Planning application submissions
• Undertake Urban Design and Master planning tasks
• Carrying out Site Analysis and Site Context Analysis
• Efficient management of the project team, including delegating tasks where appropriate
• Liaising with and coordinating the various requirements and activities of Clients, Consultants, local Councils, and authorities
• Ability to work across all phases of development including Feasibility, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Town Planning and Construction Administration

You will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of DKO’s BIM and digital construction procedures during a project’s design, construction, and handover. You will assist the wider team by providing training and support of BIM and ArchiCAD related matters. Key duties include:

• BIM support to office team members and helpdesk support to wider DKO user group
• Project audits, maintenance & rebuilding
• Enforcement of documentation standards
• Project Model Manager level support as required

The Role

DKO is seeking an experienced Collections Officer to support the Finance team with the professional management of outstanding invoices. This role plays a critical part in maintaining healthy cash flow while preserving strong, respectful relationships with clients. The position requires a confident, detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable managing collections conversations, resolving discrepancies, and working autonomously within an architectural practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Proactively contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices via phone and email in a professional and respectful manner
• Managing aged debtors and following up on overdue accounts in line with agreed timeframes
• Negotiating payment arrangements where appropriate and monitoring adherence to agreed plans
• Investigating and reconciling payments received, including identifying discrepancies or variations to contracts
• Re‑issuing invoices and supporting documentation as required
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client communications and actions taken
• Escalating complex or sensitive matters to the Finance Manager/CFO where required
• Providing regular updates and reporting on aged debt and collection status
• Supporting internal stakeholders (Project Leaders, Partners, Finance) with debtor status and queries
• Recommending next steps, including legal escalation, where recovery options have been exhausted

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Debt Recovery
• Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)
• High‑level reconciliation and investigation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving capability
• Ability to manage difficult or sensitive conversations calmly and professionally
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Experience working within a professional services environment (architecture, engineering, or similar) will be highly regarded
