The Role
  • Preparing accurate, consistent design and technical drawings as part of a small working team.

The Role

The PA is responsible for providing various assistance and support, namely to the Principal and other Directors when needed.

Duties include:

  • Diary management including informing the principal of their appointments
  • Screening calls, drafting emails, letters and internal communications etc.
  • Coordinate the Principal and Director’s private/company expenses
  • Running personal and business errands when required
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Management of domestic travel including flights accommodation, visas, permits etc.
  • Working within company budgets and expenditure
Skills & Experience
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience (ideally in an architectural studio environment)
  • Intermediate in MS Office suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  •  Able to confidently handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
  • Demonstrates integrity by adhering to deadlines whilst ensuring high quality outputs
  • High level of agility; adapting to changing circumstances whilst remaining calm under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • A pleasurable and enthusiastic manner
  • Self-assured and resilient

Studio Leader

The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, goal-focused design professional to be a part of our continued growth of the HCMC Studio. As Studio Leader you’ll provide administrative assistance and direct support to the Studio Director.

Background in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Marketing.

  • Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Minimum 8 Years Professional Experience. Medium to Large sized firm
  • Experience in Business Development. And/ or preparation of Tender briefing submissions
  • Experience in Team/ Studio Management. (Preferred) Proficiency in practice management platforms: Deltek/ Union Square/ Monday.com/ Salesforce/ Xero etc

Responsibilities include:

  • Design Management of large projects in Vietnam and SEA.
  • Fee/ Tender submissions
  • General Studio Management and Studio Space.
  • Management of Design Teams within the Studio.
  • Promote design excellence & discourse within the studio.
  • Manage Inter- Studio team resourcing effectively.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with existing and new Clients.
  • New business Presentations as well as Client introductions.
  • Promote Studio Culture. Via organising key studio events etc
  • Assisting Finance Team. via Monthly project reporting and billing.
