The Role:

Providing day to day leadership and project management throughout the project lifecycle, the Project Architect / Coordinator will offer technical expertise and quality assurance.

  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects
  • Provide guidance and oversight, developing workflows to be followed
  • Carry out feasibility studies identifying site constraints to determine best course of action
  • Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility reports to clients
  • Ensure designs consider constraining factors such the National Construction Code (NCC), town planning etc.

Skills & Experience:
  • Registration via relevant state/territory Architect Registration Board preferred but not critical

This is a hands-on, people-focused role sitting between technology and the business. You’ll support M365 platform administration, coordinate digital programs and workshops, and lead clear, engaging change communications that help teams adopt new tools with confidence.

  • Administer and configure SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams (sites, permissions, channels, governance)
  • Support rollout and adoption of M365 tools including OneDrive, Loop and Copilot

We’re on the lookout for a detail‑driven Accounts Payable & Credit Card Administrator to join our Finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring supplier invoices, payments and corporate credit card transactions are processed accurately, on time and in line with internal controls.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end accounts payable processing and the administration of corporate credit cards, while supporting month‑end activities, audits and continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function.

This role works closely with the Finance team, Project Leads and external suppliers to ensure financial accuracy, compliance and strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

  • Process supplier and sub‑consultant invoices in line with company policies
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation where required
  • Liaise with Project Leads to validate sub‑consultant claims
  • Code invoices accurately to the general ledger, projects, cost centres and GST
  • Prepare supplier payments and reconcile supplier statements
  • Respond to invoice and payment queries and maintain supplier records

Corporate Credit Cards:

  • Administer corporate credit cards, including setup and maintenance
  • Review transactions for accuracy, compliance and approval
  • Follow up missing or non‑compliant documentation
  • Reconcile statements and prepare journals as required
  • Monitor spend and escalate irregular activity
  • Liaise with NAB as required

Compliance, Reporting & Month‑End:

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and approval limits
  • Review GST and FBT treatment
  • Support month‑end close, reconciliations and reporting

We’re looking for an experienced Project Design Architect/ Coordinator. You’ll support the delivery of projects from concept through to on-site completion – assisting with concept development, documentation, and coordination through the final build. This role will suit someone who can confidently liaise with both design and construction teams.

The Role:

We are currently seeking to engage a talented Senior Design Architect to join our Design team in our Brisbane Studio.

Duties include:

  • Carrying out sketch design work
  • Carrying out work associated with preparing Architectural Planning application submissions
  • Undertaking Urban Design and Master planning tasks
  • Carrying out Site Analysis and Site Context Analysis
  • Comprehension of project brief needs and objectives, scope vs fee structure
  • Efficient management of the project team, including delegating tasks as appropriate
