Lionel Mawhinney

Lionel is an experienced registered Architect, having completed his Bachelors of Applied Science and Masters of Architecture from Curtin University.

He brings strong conceptual and design skills to any project, with particular focus on coming up with innovative architectural solutions that meet the client’s requirements and budget. Having worked across a wide variety of projects across Australia, he has gained significant experience in Multi-residential, Mixed use, Commercial, Medical and Aged Care projects.

Having specialised in high density urban developments, Lionel has a firm understanding of the complexities involved with creating good quality multi-residential projects whilst still maximising returns for his clients.
