NewQuay West is a proposed masterplan for 5 residential towers housing approximately 1400 residences in Melbourne’s Docklands. The masterplan also incorporates a pair of public soccer fields and club facilities, junior footbal ovals and a collection of playgrounds specifically designed for different age groups.

DKO’s vision for NewQuay West is to create a vibrant place where people live and recreate and which supports the broader retail and commercial land uses of New Quay East and NewQuay Central.

A proposed pedestrian and cycle path network links New Quay West to the New Quay precinct, Moonee Ponds Creek, and the future bridge to Victoria Harbour.Design of the apartment towers are sympathetic to the public realm experience through careful design of public/private interfaces.
