Banbury Village is a new urban village located at the former South Pacific Tyres manufacturing site in Footscray.

The development – comprised of two principal land holdings – celebrates the industrial history of Footscray and embraces the future, creating a diverse vibrant village that accommodates differing dwelling densities, architectural styles and a high quality public realm.

The siting and design guidelines provide the framework for the future development with a variety of lot sizes from approximately 130m² for terrace house typologies to above 400m² for larger detached houses.

Stage Two – consisting of 21st Century Terraces – is now complete.
