Project Description +
x

Centurion Property Group’s new flagship Sydney office by DKO is an elegant and seductive interior – a study in opulent finishes and impeccable detailing.

Nestled into the basement of an existing commercial building in the harbourside suburb of Double Bay, sits a new identity for David Tan, CEO and Founder of Centurion International Holdings.

The subterranean studio was inspired by the ambience and décor of a whiskey bar and exudes a masculine, dark and moody palette. Rich, elegant timber joinery and polished concrete floors are complimented by lashings of Calacatta marble, brass detailing and tan leather furniture to create an ambient atmosphere that is intimate and timelessly luxurious.

The internal spaces are delineated with custom black framed glazing to elongate the floorplate and ensure natural daylight penetrates the office within, while bronze mirror wall panelling playfully bounces light throughout.

The layout incorporates a glamorous car space for the client’s luxury car collection and comes complete with a hidden whiskey bar and exquisitely detailed custom storage cabinets. Stunning furniture and accessories sourced from Living Edge and Café Culture + Insitu, artwork by Tom Blachford and iconic lighting pieces from Urban Couture, bring this project to life.
