Orion Braybrook is a master planned community of contemporary townhouses laid out across 11 hectares of landscaped streetscapes and pocket parks.

The expansive display suite recreates living, kitchen and bathroom spaces within a light and airy prefabricated shell built by ARKit. Prefabrication sped up the lead time and offered opportunities for adaptive reuse beyond the sales period.

Cool heavily veined natural stone and warm timber battens combine within the reception space to create a bold greeting point. A comfortable neighbouring waiting zone leads through to three large sales tables where purchasers can discuss their future home. Central to the space, an interactive display informs visitors about the development, leading on to a light filled lounge with generous picture window and verdant feature garden beyond.

Adjacent sits a lustrous full-scale kitchen and butler’s pantry, leading to the quietly restrained ensuite bathroom. The suite’s amenities appear contiguous while being cleverly zoned by use of flooring materials, offering a smooth flowing experience.

Exterior walls clad in vertical timber battens broken up by linear spacing and detailed with blackened steel hoods, create a strong architectural statement, with gleaming stainless steel signage adding contrast to the facade.
